The Patron of DAT foundation, is Dr Simanga Alex Tsela, where DAT is a short for Dr Alex Tsela, the pioneer and the patron of the foundation.
Dr Alex as he is called, is a South African citizen of Eswatini roots.
Family Life
Dr Alex is married, and as of 2022, He has been married for 32 years. His marriage is blessed with two children and three grandchildren as of date. The Patron lives in Centurion,
South Africa with all his family.
Academic Life
Dr Alex has over the many years of almost 6 decades, dedicated himself to much study and learning leading to qualifications in several areas of academic pursuits.
Some of those areas include the following: Ph.D. in nuclear physics; Ph.D. in Biblical Studies; MSc in Nuclear Physics; Master’s in business administration;
Bachelor of Science and Mathematics; Certificate in neuroscience, to name some

a) Scientist
32 years as a nuclear scientist serving in various roles from Boards of State owned entities, to chief executive officer, technical specialist and more)
b) Pioneer
20 years as a pioneer of Faith Based Organisation, leading to the pioneering of the Kingdom Embassy Centre, which is a global organisation in 6 countries over two continents. These Centres are in Eswatini, South Africa, Mozambique, United States of America, Zambia, and Cameroon.
c) Entrepreneur
22 years as a corporate executive and entrepreneur with businesses in several sectors including energy, minerals, water, agriculture, and waste management. His businesses are mostly in the SADC region of the Africa continent.
d) Philanthropist
12 years as a Philanthropist in the pursuit of creating value for humanity by financially supporting education sector, and start up entrepreneurs in a broad range of industries.
In his philanthropist work, the Patron has supported people in various levels of education including University students.
The financing of start-up entrepreneurs has been pursued in a number of countries in the African continent including;
South Africa, Lesotho, Botswana, Eswatini, Zambia, to name some.
DAT foundation has been establish in part to continue on this Philanthropic work of the pioneer in a way that will allow other donors to participate and thus make a greater impact to humanity.
e) Diplomacy
A rare opportunity was given to Dr Alex in diplomacy to represent in the United Nations an NGO (WOLMI) which is accredited by the UN with Special Consultative Status to the United Nations Economic and Social Council
